  I just left there. They refused to honor a gift card i recieved in an exchange i made in January from a Christmas guft my wife got me. For some unknown reason the gift card had my cousin Gary's driver's license attached to it. We both have the same 1st name letter and they said there must have been a mistake but nothing they can do. I went so far as to call my cousin and asked him if for some odd ball reason if he got a gift card with him requesting his liscene be seen uppon use. He said absolutely not. Who in their right mind would do that? I will NEVER go there again and Lowe's now has a customer for life. Way to keep the local clients happy Chippewa Home Depot. Stay away. Customer service sucks too. If i could i would give you negative 5 ☆'s.

  My wife and I both really enjoy going here. We are both diy'ers never have a problem finding what we need. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing very good.

  We were in home depot tonight and needed help finding vinyl flooring.we asked one guy who just told us where to go.but Joe was so helpful and friendly showed us where to go, cut the vinyl and talked about his experience w his own laying of vinyl.I hope he gets recognized and praised at work!
